This precise digital caliper is easy-to-use, accurate, and the machined steel scale is resistant to scratching or warping. Zero out the measurement at any point to find a distance. Dual metric and imperial scales go up to 150 mm/6”; calibrated to 0.01 mm or 0.0005 inches.

This digital caliper is made from hardened stainless steel and features external, internal, steps and depth measuring jaws. Smoothly slide along the device with the thumb roller and use the locking screw for accurate positioning. Effortlessly capture precise measurements on the large LCD screen, easily switch between millimeters and inches with the push of a button, and set the digital caliper to zero at any position for differential measurement.

The digital caliper comes in a durable plastic storage case and requires an LR-44 battery (included).

Possible projects include checking hardware manufacturing tolerances for nuts and bolts, determining dimensions of 3D printed models, and taking high-precision measurements of laboratory distance data.

Note: During storage, tighten the lock screw to prevent excessive battery drainage.
